Once an order has been handed to the relevant delivery provider, delivery is subject to the provider's processes.

Our shipping practices do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Local Pickup

Where local pickup is available, eligible orders may be collected from the pickup location selected during checkout.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Please do not attend for collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

You may be required to provide your order confirmation or other reasonable proof of purchase when collecting your order.

10. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Because SEEDIES products are food products intended for consumption, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or opened/used products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Unless otherwise stated:

promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
